Terms of use

Last updated 1 November 2026

These terms apply when you use the Opedev app or the website opedev.org. Please read them with the Privacy policy.

Who we are

Opedev is operated by Svayam Incarnation Limited, Registered in England and Wales, company number 15228262. Registered office: 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, England. In these terms, “we” and “us” means Svayam Incarnation Limited.

Your account

To see your projects in Opedev you sign in with an Intersink account, created at console.intersink.com. Your account, your businesses and channels, and any paid services are governed by the Intersink Terms of Service and the Acceptable Use Policy. If those terms and these terms conflict about your account, the Intersink terms apply.

Using the app

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use Opedev to develop and test apps. Opedev opens dev servers on your own computer or network and channels your account can access. You agree not to:

The app includes open-source components, each under its own licence. The full list is in the app under Settings. Those licences apply to those components and nothing in these terms limits your rights under them.

Your code

Your projects and code stay yours. When you open a dev server, the app loads your code from your own computer, and we don’t receive it. You are responsible for what your code does on your device, including any permissions it asks for.

Payments

Any paid services on the Intersink platform are billed under the Intersink terms, after you choose them in the console. Nothing is charged through these terms.

Changes and availability

Opedev is in active development. We may change, add or remove features, and we may update these terms. We will post changes on this page with a new date, and tell you in the app or by email about changes that matter. We may suspend access for anyone who breaks these terms.

Our responsibility to you

Opedev is a development tool, and we provide it as it is. We don’t promise that it will always be available or free of errors. Don’t rely on it for anything where a fault could cause harm.

We are not responsible for loss that we could not reasonably foresee, for loss of data you did not back up, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that the law does not allow us to limit. If you are a consumer, you keep all the rights the law gives you.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Business disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Consumers can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales or in the courts of the part of the UK or the country where they live, and keep the protection of the mandatory law of that country.
